As we created our Tea Time Learnings Society©, a solid, and proven, process was revealed.
We recognized that a student must be able and willing to learn. Additionally, we believe
that true learning happens at the family dinner table. And finally, we believe that students need an opportunity to practice what they have learned in order for it to become a part
of who they are. It led us to create our five step process:

Tea Time Learnings Society©
Our Tea Time Learnings Society© membership is our newest program! In the time it takes to enjoy a cup of tea, I will teach your child one lesson that will change her life, teach YOU how to teach that same lesson to your child, and make it a part of your family's everday life!
If you can teach your child to tie his shoes or ride a bike, then you can teach him these lessons too.
You do not have to do it on your own, Miss Cynthia offers you full support!
The Table Skills Series
Social occasions require dining skills. Whether a five-year-old learning to hold her knife properly, a high school student at a college entrance interview, a recent college graduate at a dining interview, or an afternoon tea at a social event, navigating the place setting and using correct table manners is a must!
Our dining experiences are the perfect way to meet Miss Cynthia, experience her class instruction, and teaching style. Besides being interactive, engaging and fun, they teach the dining skills necessary for success!
Young Lady's Garden Tea
Ages 5-7
While enjoying a sixty-minute afternoon tea, your daughter will learn about the place setting, proper sitting, stirring and sipping tea, selecting food from a tray, and polite conversations. Our tea menu includes tea, egg salad, tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches, and a selection of tea cookies, all served on bone china, silverware, and linens.
Young Gentleman's Nautical Tea
Ages 5-7
Afternoon tea is not only for young ladies! While enjoying a sixty-minute afternoon tea, your son will learn about the place setting, proper sitting, stirring and sipping tea, selecting food from a tray, and polite conversations. Our tea menu includes tea, egg salad, tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches, and a selection of tea cookies, all served on bone china, silverware, and linens.
British Afternoon Tea
Ages 8-17
While enjoying a ninety-minute afternoon tea, your child will learn the history of afternoon tea, how to navigate a tea place setting, sit, stir and sip tea properly, select food from a tray, and engage in polite conversations. Our tea menu includes tea, scones with jam, egg salad, cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, and a selection of tea cookies, all served on bone china, silverware, and linens.
The Art of Dining
Ages 8-17
Young ladies and gentlemen will enjoy a ninety-minute dining tutorial with Miss Cynthia as she guides them through a four-course dinner course by course. Our dining tutorial includes, the history of dining, navigating a four-course place setting, proper use of cutlery, the American dining style, table manners, and handling faux pas.
